1. The promoter
This prize draw is organised by Harvey Castree, an individual operating under the BandBox name, based in Bristol, United Kingdom ("the Promoter"). Contact: contact@bandbox.music.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. The following are not eligible to enter: Anyone directly involved in organising or running this promotion, and their immediate family members.
3. How to enter
No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the BandBox online survey at bandbox.music and tick the prize draw entry checkbox before the closing date. One entry per person. Entries submitted by automated means, bots, or third parties will not be accepted.
4. Closing date
The closing date for entries is 11:59 PM GMT on [date]. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
5. The prize
One (1) winner will receive a £100 gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date, using a verifiably random computer process. The draw will take place on or before [date].
7. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner by email (digital voucher) within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.
9. Publication of winner
The winner's first name and county may be published or made available on request. If you object to your details being published, please contact us at contact@bandbox.music at the time of entry. The winner's details must be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. Data protection
Personal data collected for the purpose of administering this prize draw will be processed by Harvey Castree in accordance with UK GDPR and the BandBox Privacy Policy. Data collected solely for the draw will be deleted within 90 days of the prize being awarded, unless you have separately consented to receive marketing communications from BandBox.
Entry into the prize draw does not require you to consent to marketing communications.
11. Marketing
Entry into this prize draw does not require you to sign up for marketing communications. If you choose to opt in to marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time.
12. General conditions
- The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, whether due to technical faults or any other reason.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Platform disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform used to promote it.
